Take out the heat diffuser and place it steadily on the induction cooktop.
Set your moka pot (or other small cookware) in the center of the diffuser, ensuring the base is fully attached.
Set the induction cooktop to medium heat. Once brewing (or cooking) is complete, turn off the heat and safely remove your coffee maker or cookware.
