It looks like a pour-over cone but hides a food-grade silicone valve at the base: first steep the grounds and water together like a French press so flavor fully develops; when the time's right, set the dripper onto the server and the valve opens, letting coffee drip through—keeping the body of immersion and the clarity of drip, with no sediment at the bottom. The borosilicate glass shows the level and resists thermal shock; the matching glass server pours two to three cups. No pour technique required—a first-timer gets a stable cup. Cleanup is just as easy: pop the valve, rinse the cone; it's light enough for camping or the office.
