2.Can I get samples for testing first?
- Samples are available for material safety, extraction effect, high-temperature resistance, and leak-proof testing. Sample fees are negotiable and can be deducted from the corresponding payment after signing the bulk order contract.
3.What is the minimum order quantity and lead time for LOGO customization?
- The minimum order quantity for LOGO customization is 1000 units. Laser engraving takes 3-7 days to complete, and silk screen printing takes 5-9 days. Production scheduling can be coordinated according to the order urgency.
4.How long is the bulk production lead time?
- The production lead time for regular standard products is 10-20 days, and for customized products (including LOGO, paint color, packaging, and private mold), it is 25-45 days. Bulk urgent production is supported; specific details need to be communicated and confirmed with the sales manager in advance.
5.Is the paint layer high-temperature resistant? Will it peel off?
- Adopting high-temperature resistant special painting technology, it can withstand the high-temperature environment (≤200℃) during moka pot brewing. After adhesion testing, it is not easy to peel off or fade under normal use.
