Soy milk matcha latte

 

Ingredient:  

1. Soybean 100 g  

2.teaspoons instant coffee powder  

3.Sugar 2 teaspoons  

4. Appropriate amount of matcha powder

 

 

Method:
1. Soak soya beans thoroughly, and use a soya milk machine to boil soya milk filter residue
2. Coffee powder and sugar are dissolved with a little soybean milk
3. Cool the soy milk to about 50 degrees
4. Whip the soy milk in a bubble cup until it forms a fine, rich foam
5. Pour gently into the coffee, and the bubbles will float on the coffee
6. Place the paper mold on the cup and sift the matcha powder over the foam
