Spiced Apple Coffee(250ml)

 

 

Recipe:

Espresso: 1 ounce
Apple brandy: 12 ounces
Cinnamon sherbet: 1/4 ounce
Hot milk: 70% full
Foam: Full cup
Cinnamon stick: 1

 

Steps:
1. Warm the coffee cup and serve it with espresso.
2. Measure the apple brandy and cinnamon sherbet by ounce and pour into a coffee cup.
3. Pour the milk into a foamed steel cup. Heat the milk with a steam tube of a coffee machine (approx. 65°C) and make it foamed.
4. Pour milk foam over coffee to fill cup and attach 1 cinnamon stick.
